Abstract

The era of disruption has fundamentally changed the business landscape with the advent of technological innovations that demand entrepreneurship to adapt quickly and creatively. Disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data open up new opportunities while also increasing competition across various industries. The challenges for entrepreneurs are not only limited to the increasingly fierce competition but also the need to understand changing consumer preferences and adopt relevant new technologies. This research aims to analyze effective innovation strategies in facing the disruptive era. Through theoretical approaches and case studies, this research identifies several key strategies, including sustainable innovation, the utilization of digital technology, as well as collaboration and partnerships with various parties. The research results show that companies capable of implementing innovative strategies sustainably and responsively to technological developments have a greater chance of surviving and excelling in the market. These findings are expected to provide guidance for entrepreneurs in designing adaptive and competitive innovation strategies amidst the dynamics of the disruptive era.
